DELTA


Delta is the sleep state below dreaming. The state that is between zero and four cycles per second on the electroencephalograph - the machine that measures brainwave activity. The state is also called "Deep Sleep".

There are typically two reasons for sleep: one is to heal the body and the other is to regulate brain chemistry.

Most healthy, uninjured adults actually only require five or six hours of sleep as long as they get eight hours of complete rest. There is a process you can follow to transform your daily routine and gain several hours of free time each day.
