IMAGINATION

An important function of the focused passion state is to foster initiative to think beyond the boundaries of what is. The two most important skills in the next millennium will be making things up, and figuring things out.

In the past, many people did the same job, such as working in factories on the assembly line. In the future, most everyone will do something different. We can no longer depend on the same old answers, because we are creating brand new problems. Einstein said that you can't solve a problem using the same kind of thinking that created it. The key to the future is imagination and developing thinking skills like creativity and problem solving.
