PAIN CONTROL
Most of the pain we feel is HeartMind amplifying the signal to get BrainMind's
attention. Only when you pay attention to pain can it then begin to
diminish.
It has now successfully done its job of bringing your attention to the
site of the injury. By paying complete attention to the pain, it fades
away sooner. If you are angry that you hurt yourself, that emotion of
anger is now in competition with the pain to get your attention. Focus
the BrainMind on the pain and the HeartMind can make it fade away.
Healing
disease can also be accelerated by using Alpha. Focus on imagining
you self-empowering
your immune system to beat that cold germ, or visualize yourself already
healed, have totally wiped out that flu virus. Best yet, use the power
of your minds to stay well. Sometimes it works even better to go down
to deep Alpha or light Theta to heal.
