THETA

Theta is the state that takes us from deep sleet to awakening. It is commonly called the "dreaming" state. It is measured in four to seven brainwaves per second.

Dreams in Theta are fascinating because they tell us about the part of ourselves that we aren't normally in touch with. There are basically three kinds of dreams that we have each night.

Falling asleep dreams are often wishful thinking dreams, where there is something we really want and just before we get it, the dream ends. These dreams teach us that happiness comes from moving toward getting what you want, not from getting it. Happiness is the reward we experience on the way to our goals.

Middle of the night dreams are often psychic or precognitive dreams, dreams that predict the future. This may be the explanation of the Deja Vu experience.

Morning dreams are often emotional release dreams, letting go of negfative or over optimistic, unrealistic positve emotions, to create emotional ballance.

Theta also includes the state of lucid dreaming - when you're dreaming and are aware that you are dreaming - and of deep trance meditation where you can submit your physical body to extreme acts and yet feel no pain. This technique often takes many years of time and effort to perfect.

However, there is a light Theta state that can be obtained in seconds - one of total focused concentration where you can go inside and discover your own truth Steve can teach you this valuable technique in just a few minutes - and you will benefit from it the rest of your life.
